How do I pay for my order?

We now accept some of the major credit and debit cards. Payment can be made over the telephone. Our fully mobile Chip and Pin machine means you can now pay securely on your doorstep. We accept Cash but we do not accept cheques any longer. For Courier deliveries, payment must be taken over the phone before commencing your order. 

How much notice do you need?

As much notice as possible, we recommend at least 1 week. However, we may be able to fit you in at the last minute, so give us a call. We hold a massive stock of sweets at all times which enables us to turn around designs quickly.

How long does the design keep for?

All of the confectinery used, have very long use by dates. All of our stock is rotated and we make sure that none of our stock is within 3 months of use by date. We have conducted our own tests of how long a design will keep. Once the confectionery is removed from their own packaging and wrapped in a design, we found that after 2-3 weeks, any confectionery on the outside of the design dries out and starts to become hard. Therefore, to make sure you get the very best from your design, we recommend opening the design no longer then 2 weeks from purchase. Any confectionery from within the design, if placed in a plastic food container, can be stored and consumed at leisure. 

Why do you not have a feedback page?

We believe that if you like our designs, you will tell others. We do not need to put what people think of our designs on our website as our customer base is now so vast, that we think our designs speak for themselves. If you are happy or indeed unhappy with the design just drop us an e-mail. All of your comments are always welcome.

I have a specific design in mind, can you help?

Yes, we will try to help. We will be able to discuss with you on the phone or via e-mail if we think a design is possible. Remember, the designs are made from confectionery, so there are limitations to what can be achieved. The more detail required, the harder a design will be due to size, shape and colour of the confectionery used.

Can you Deliver?

Yes. We have a dedicated delivery vehicle. Delivery charges do apply dependent on postcode. Please give us a call or drop us an email with your postcode for a quotation.

Do you Post?

Yes, we do as of 24th February 2010. We have teamed up with a next day Courier Service and are able to deliver across the whole of the UK subject to certain constraints. Please contact us for further information.
